I probably bent the cpu fan pin or cpu pin, not sure what Newegg meant, but if I have accidental warranty plan on my board shouldn't that be covered and I shouldn't be charged for a new one? Granted they "misplaced" my I/O shield, should I still get a new board without paying the $43 or am I mistaken?
