Hi all! This is my first post on the forums and I'm hoping to find some help.

I've ran Severs in the past and I'm having a problem hosting a minecraft server today that I couldn't seem to solve.

Here are the things I've tried:

Port forward to 25565
Port forward to a few different ports
I've connected from my computer using my internal ip address (192.168.1.xxx)

The only thing I can't do is connect externally. I've made sure the port forwarding is correct and the ip matches the computers (I have a static IP set to 192.168.1.150). When attempting to connect to the sever, the connection times out and when I check the ports on port scanners it comes up as closed. Here's a screenshot of my port forward in the netgear web interface... http://imgur.com/Fk9nse0

I'm running Windows 8 64-bit btw.

Any help is appreciated.

Can you post a screenshot for what comes up when you click on edit services? Normally there is no internal port option, did you accidently click on the port triggering box instead of the port forwarding? When you ran servers in the past, did you complete the same steps to forward the ports? And did you use the same router?

I'm sure I'm in port forwarding, it's in the first screenshot.
Yeah, I've done these same steps in the past and they've worked fine for me with the same router. I did add a WRT54GL with ddwrt as a wap that I'm connected to with the server computer, but from what I've read, the settings for port forward on that router shouldn't matter. I've also upgraded my internet since then, but it looks like the ISP doesn't block it since I've tried multiple ports.
