I am looking for a headset that has both great auto and mic quality.
I don't have a lot of money to spend either!

Hey ive been using the Razer charcarias headphones for PC and xbox 360. I have been very pleased with the mic and sound quality. i have a friend who has the Razer Kraken headphones and he loves them.
Charcarias priced at 69.83 on amazon
Krakens priced at 72.99 on amazon
