Please help in suggesting changes to boost performance in rendering/coding/gaming/.

Target budget: 700$

Special request:
-Would like parts to be from newegg only I don't plan buying from 7+ places to save 30 or so bucks.
-No OS required.
-No monitor required on my budget, but need requests on a nice >200$.
-No HHD required going to use old 7200rpm to save funds elsewhere
-No Optical required
-No GPU .. Bought a sapphire 6570 oc'ing from 650-800^ for casual gaming until upgrade.
-Need PSU advice for down the road keep in mind oc'ing cpu to 4.5-5.0 and asking for enough power to suffice.

Build template:
-----CPU: FX 8350 Subject to debate and criticism. Allowed) Mainly price vs performance build on everything.
-----Heatsink: Hyper 212 Evo (Was going for the Corsair h100i until I came across this)
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1833116/overclocking-amd-8350-hyper-212-evo-cooler.html
-----Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
-----PSU: Rosewill Capstone 650W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply (Need enough power to run dual 7950's or better with future upgrade and want modular, but was wondering if there was a better priced PSU) Also could someone make sure everything is compatible for me with this PSU my mobo and FX + oc's and future dual GPU's? Whoa wrote a book there <.<
-----MOBO: Sabertooth 990FX R2.0? want to stay in the 180 range anything better for 180? Just need an affordable high quality 180 price range board.
Looking for best oc solution and good perks but don't know a lot on MOBOS
-----RAM: 90$ or so question on this ... i heard ram is biased on intel and fx and was wondering if you could shed light on this?> thanks looking for 8 CAS and 2x4 kit.

Subtotal as of now w/o tax 665$

RECAP + other thoughts -
Need info on biased ram question cpu biased?
Need info on MOBOS for $180 best choice for crossfire FX power phases?
Need help on if the PSU will support 7950'sx2 and if compatible w/ everything?
Also need a suggestion on a >$200 amazing monitor (this will not be included in the $700 budget but rather a separate budget of 200 to note.)

Side note, if you can save me some cash somewhere without crashing performance.... maybe on the PSU? and upgrade me to the h100i for >$700
before taxes I would LOVE YOU!

The PSU is nice tho..although i think i've seen a better seagate? somewhere.

Thanks in advance for all your help guys two weeks and taxes come in ... I want this build to rock since my last 10+year ago build got me stuck with a 2ghz single cpu instead of a 3ghz that i ordered. My gpu was also trash.. i knew nothing back then. This should be a nice upgrade to my laptop >.< and the later GPU installations should be an insane upgrade as well.

This took some thought to post and a long long while.

getting AMD CPU + expensive mobo will beat the original purpose of AMD build
which is the best bang for the buck

it is amd FX build with the right parts
since you wont be using SLI, there is no need for 990 chipset
AMD 970 chipset is for crossfire build at the right price

8320 OC will perform similar to 8350 OC

Target budget >=$700

No real comments or help besides the cpu statement ... I will do research on later on benches and see if 8150/8320 would be a good savings option. noted.

Edit: Just saw you included a monitor ... subtract that from the 700 and you are on budget with some headway on a good monitor suggestion thanks!

also above on the gskill ddr3 2400

DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200)
Timing 11-13-13-31
Cas Latency 11
Voltage 1.65V

is it somehow possible to 1600 these and lower the CAS to 9 ish? I have no idea if thats possible but a good noob Q .. i would think i need to buy 1600 at 8CAS and upgrade that way and get a better looking quality set of ram>? like black/blue ripjawx/corsair vengeance?

get back at me

Update after reading posts on the 8320 vs 8350 it seems my mind is changed the 8320 clocks the same as the 8350 4.0-4.5 range on average. Mind is switched to the 8320 but was wondering same architecture/cache/everything right?

like a 4.0 8350/8320 will be the same exact processor?

Thanks for clearing this up for me. Appreciate your comments and help here.

I will downgrade the cpu to the 8320, but about the MOBO downgrade ... I would like to know why the others think I should change it... because I have always heard go for ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 or an r3 version ... i think.. maybe r2 is highest atm I forgot...

Could someone shed some light on the differences and does the Saber 990fx r2 support crossfire? I cant find it anywhere in the specs but with my bad eye I know im prolly overlooking it.

CPU-FX8320

MOBO- ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990X SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS Updated!!!

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 Updated!!!

Heatsink - Coolermaster 212 evo (can hit 4.5 stable, and i don't see a reason to spend 50+$ more for a .5-.6 boost)

PSU- Antec HCG M 850W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Case-Corsair Carbide Series 300R Black Steel

added 30$ on for the upgrades but not too shabby

Seperate funds-
Monitor- Asus VE247H 23.6" Monitor

Feel free to nitpick and will select a best answer sometime tomorrow.

You both have been very helpful and I seem to know enough now with your help to finish my build alone.

Thanks very much for your time guys, and filippi your mobo comments very very helpful to fix a problem I would have found much later.

I wish I could mark both of you as the answer, but am forced to choose AMD's post due to him being very helpful with various ideas and budget cuts. He also messaged me back explaining things in a way I could understand.

Thansk VERY MUCH!! Now I can do my own math on the rest :D

UPDATED

Finally ordered with a sound mind. After waiting so long and posting a ton of times I found a great liking to the 8320 with help from the community. The Hyper 212 EVO I found to be a solid bang for the buck item running the fx CPU's around 4.5-5.1 stable between 1.35v-1.5v, I find that hard to beat really and don't see much more advantage to even the h100i vs cost/effectiveness.

Other thoughts: Wanted to post this so people could see you don't need a ton of cash for a decent rig. I went a little overboard on this but, if I got a 59.99 case, used my old hdd, and dropped the extra fans that would have been a 168$ saving plus taxes.

Also on the gpu, works great and will OC it for low end gaming, but until I know how to render/code/program I think I will just keep this since I don't really need the extra power.

THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!
