i7-3820 to i7-4770K

I currently have an i7-3820 3.6 gHz /w 10 mb cache. Is it worth upgrading to an i7-4770K 3.5 gHz /w 8 mb cache?

When you get a moment take a look at the data from the above link. Like Arnav01 said if you consider that the 4770k can be overclocked it becomes well worth it. I recommend putting the 3820 out on the market to see what you can get for it and once you've locked in a buyer that will be when the real motivation to upgrade comes in! Hope this helps! Have fun!
