Gaming pc lag

Hello, my new pc is lagging in games, its getting low fps, cause of video card, as i think, cause when i install the nvidia control panel the lag go, but when i restart my pc it came back again.

my video card : Gigabyte Windforce 3x GTX770 oc edition 2gb

okay, here is my specs.

MotherBoard : Gigabyte z87x-ud4h
CPU: Core i7 4770k
Ram: Corsair 12gb ram . 3 Rams each 4 GB.
Powersupply: Corsair HX850W
Video Card : GTX 770 2gb.
HDD: Seagate 2 tb.
6 fans installed on the case.
