Sorry, the response there appears to be a non-responsive advertisement.
This isn't a problem that cropped up, rather it is something native to the OS. I suspect there is a registry key setting that can be manually changed and would like (if someone else knows) to know what that is.
For now, instead, using a hardware image tool, I've made a back up copy of the original image.
However, if someone from the non-commercial world is aware of a technically responsive answer, I'd appreciate it.
