I doubt there's a 780ti for $499 on amazon. That's the price of a regular GTX 780. It would be helpful if you can link it if it really is.
Also, do you need an os with this build?

I'm sorry, I was wrong. Yeah, it's a regular 780, but I'm a novice to overclocking, so 780 will be a huge jump from my old 660.

I do not need OS. I still have a boot drive for Windows 7 Ultimate, which I think will be installed on my new pc

Well, you may wish to consider an AMD video card if BF4 is your game. The Mantle drivers have been released and based on what I'm seeing with my 280x, things aren't looking too good for nVidia right now with respect to BF4, and that is no exaggeration.

Windows 8.1 > Windows 7 for BF4. You can try Windows 8.1 Enterprise for 90 days (actually 270 days by rearming).

Looks like a winner here. 770 is fine in terms of frame rate?

The GTX 770 is fine, but I wouldn't even consider the Corsair CX750 psu. The CX series have a problem with bad capacitors so they tend to die fairly quickly. And when a psu dies, it can kill other components in your case as well.
Also, there's better quality cases in that price range over the N400, but if you like how it looks then you could go for it. In terms of airflow, it's not that great for the price.
