So I have an issue when I have SLI turned on, and one of my monitors is at 120hz while the other two are on 60hz.

I start getting screen tearing that flickers across all 3 screens. I know I've fixed this in the past, but for the life of me I cannot figure out what I did to correct it. I have no issues w/ all 3 on 60hz, but as soon as I swap my main/middle monitor to 120hz for gaming purposes, I start getting this tearing/flickering issue.

Anyone have any insight by chance?

Running dual 670GTX's in case anyone was wondering, though I don't think this has anything to do with the cards.

All monitors have to run the same resolution and refresh rate in 2D and 3D Surround.

I'm well aware of this fact, and never once did I say I was utilizing surround.

I have SLI enabled under the "maximize 3d performance" option on the Nvidia control panel.

I've fixed this issue in the past, but don't recall exactly HOW I did it.

I did a clean install of the same Nvidia driver (newest one of course) over and over again. And suddenly one of the installs fixed the problem. Haven't noticed a flicker for about 2 days now.

That sounds a bit tedious, but may attempt it. I need to update my drivers anyways.
