Please help me calculate power consumption on my PC

im going to build gaming pc with low power consumption

my build :
core i3 - 4130t
ECS H81H3-I/HDMI (V1.0) Mini ITX LGA1150
8gb DDR3 1600MHz
Hitachi Deskstar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
XFX Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB
and some fan cooler

will it enough if i use 300 watt psu??
please help me (and forgive me if im not good in english)

That video card lists a 450W psu minimum. 300W is probably going to be too low.

If you are looking to save some money on your electric bill, using a lower wattage power supply doesn't necessarily mean that it is more efficient. PSUs don't draw full power all the time. They draw the power that is needed in the moment. Tom's has some charts for power supplies efficiency under varying loads. I would look into getting a 80PLUS power supply.
