Hi, i just built my new pc and its working great except for the download speed. I used to get around 40Mb/s on speedtest.net, no i get 10. In steam when downloading my peak download used to be around 7.6Mb/s but not it struggles to reach 3. When i a dowloading from steam the download speed fluctuates alot, going from 1Mb to 3Mb. I have installed all the latest drivers but i still dont have my old download speed.

Asus M5A78L-M usb3
4gb DDR3 1600Mhz
GTX 650 OC - 2gb GDDR5
TP-link TLWN821N wireless adapter
I have tried plugging the adapter into USB 3.0 and 2.0, no difference. I have changed the steam server location that i download from, no difference. I have tried TCP optimizer, no diffference. I have tried going into gpedit.msc and changing the bandwidth, no difference. So here i am, can anyone help? Thanks!
