Dual Monitor, Different DPI ?

Hey guys. I recently bought a 24 inch screen so now i have a 24 " and a 21.5 " screen. After i connected both, i noticed that my icons, the browser... everything is a different size. They run both at 1920x1080 and yes....it would be better if icons and font would be the same. Any ideas ?

if you want to know it´s a LG W2253 and a BenQ G2420HD.

You can't really do much about that; windows doesn't allow scaling on a per screen level. Your only option would be to use a lower resolution on the smaller screen, but that looks bad.

How annoying is it? I'm using a 17" 1080p screen and a 24" 1200p screen, and I don't have a problem with it.

Jeah i somehow expected that you say that. Before that, i used my 21.5 " and my 17 " Screen. One of them at 1920x1080 and the other on 1280x1024, that looked fine, but now.... Maybe i have a minor OCD problem. The icons on the desktop aren´t that much of a problem, but when you read stuff on websites on the 24 " screen and then read something on the 21.5 " screen.... I have to adjust ...
