Will MSI N760 TF 2GB DDR5/OC work on my ASUS P5KPL-CM?

I have a Core2Duo E7300, 4GB Corsair DDR2 @ 800MHz, Cooler Master 600W working on ASUS P5KPL-CM. I want to know will MSI N760 TF 2GB DDR5/OC work on my rig with PCI-E x16?

Will I be able to play COD-Ghost, Battlefield 4?

Currently I don't want to upgrade my MOBO and processor.

Yes it will work but your CPU is too weak for multiplayer games like Battlefield 4 and CoD Ghosts so you'll have what is called "bottlenecking" where your weak processor is holding back the performance of your GPU
