Will an i5-4430 (3.0GHz/non-overclockable) have bottleneck with Sapphire HD 7870 GHz Edition?

No you shouldn't experience any bottle necking, bottlenecking is intact a very rare thing until you start running say a 770gtx on the fore mentioned CPU. You will be fine, best of luck with your upgrade/build
