Small Gaming PC

My friend is looking for a gaming PC but doesn't have a whole lot of space for a desktop, he wanted me to make him a gaming Laptop but i told him it would be a lot more expensive then just going with small desktop. So he said he would go with a small desktop, i need some help building one for him. I've built a full size gaming PC but not a small compact one. Could you guys give me some builds that i could check out, he said he doesn't want to spend over $700 so it should be a good one at that price, Thanks
