So i wonder about hdmi cable standard (1.3) can or can't able to delivery resolution above 1080p if content is 4k also 4k led tv,4k monitor, will 4k tv will be display not full 4k resolution because of cable does not support above 1080p ?
The newer HDMI revisions can support above 1080p 60hz, but my advice is to not bother with HDMI if it is. Dual Link DVI and Displayport work with pretty much any resolution and refresh rate combination, while HDMI has plenty of caveats.
HDMI does support 4k resolution, but I don't know if 1.3 supports it, but 1.4 does.
Also, you're better off getting a DisplayPort monitor/TV instead of a HDMI if you want 4K as it will support 4K at 60Hz instead of 24Hz of HDMI.
