Solution
the last graphic driver for that system was posted in 2009. I would open the system up and blow the dust out of all the fans and make sure the fans are still spinning. on a old system they can stick or get blocked by dust and the board over heats and the on board graphics processor fails.
when windows attempt to reset the graphics processor to get it working again. if that fails you get the bluescreen you got.
Bug Check 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR.

the only other thing that would cause this would be file corruption and you can check for that.
run a admin command prompt
then run the command
sfc.exe /scannow <-------- this will look for core os files that have been corrupted and repair them

here is a link to the drivers but i...

BCCode: 116 refers to a problem with your graphic card. If booting in safe mode and there is no bluecreen, most likely it is a driver problem. I would do a clean format of windows, then go to the graphic manufacture website and get the latest driver from there.

Look to see if there were any Microsoft Updates recently installed prior to you getting a BSOD. If so, you can uninstall the update. You can also try to update the chipset drivers for your motherboard. Go to the link below and download Intel® Chipset Device Software for G41 Express Chipset and Graphics and Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for G41 Express Chipset.

If the above does not work I would format and install Windows again.

here is a link to the drivers but i expect you already have them because they are very old.
