Here's my set-up:
GPU: 2x GTX 770
CPU: FX 8320
Mobo: Asus M5a99x
PSU: Corsair builder series 600w bronze
RAM: 8gb Kingston technology 1600Mhz ram
Hard-drive WD Blue 1TB 3.5-inch Desktop Hard Drive

So will this system bottleneck two gtx 770's in SLI? Will there be too much power consumption for a 600w psu to handle? Help would really be appreciated!

get a new power supply. one with 750 watts that watt is not enough

Yes! You need a much bigger psu! (Use thermaltake psu calculator) it'll recommend you the right psu for your system!

Why an amd? Why not intel? Hyper threading helps to no end when running an sli config of that magnitude!

Simple answer I'd say under load and demand yes it will bottle nexk

You will not. Intel is faster in single threaded applications and games that don't utilize many cores but some games are starting to take advantage of more than 4 cores, so the 8320 has an advantage there. The 8320 is a very solid CPU for games, the difference isn't that big, you are also spending less money on an 8320.. Also if you decide you want some extra performance just grab a better CPU cooler down the line and overclock it.

IF you have the money:

I'd go with a Haswell 1150 CPU socket motherboard. The Sandy/Ivy bridge 1155 socket is done, I can't see any future upgrades coming..

I'd get a "K" version so you can OC CPU in future. And Z87 chipset to support OC on the motherboard. I'd also plan on DUAL GPU's, by selecting a motherboard that properly supports x8/x8 PCI-E slots:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I run dual 280X's, the system draws between 650 and 700 watts while gaming.... I run a Corsair HX850.

A 750watt simply too small.

Get a very top level 850watt supply like AX860 or HX850 for that system. For the extra few dollars, like $30, if I were starting over I'd buy the Corsair RM1000

Okay thanks. Just been looking at some cheap(ish) 750w psu's as well. Found one for £39, I'm not gonna even dare go near that to be honest! Looks like this is gonna be an expensive build adding a 120hz monitor on top too! :/ The only thing i'm cautious of is buying 2 770's to get them bottlenecked, when i could of bought a couple gtx 760's instead. What do you think is better if I plan on running @ ultra settings with 60 FPS average. would this system manage to pull it off?

Yes. SLI is expensive. Like Jb said, look into the Corsair HX or AX, Seasonic X or SS series, XFX Black Edition (BE) or Antec HCP. They aren't cheap. Look into paying at least 120 quid for a PSU. I do like Jb's suggestion about the HX 850 particularly if you considering overclocking.
