I have a radeon hd 7850 and an intel e6400 duo core processor, and only 3 gb ram because vista 32 bit wont let me use more. Can I play bf4?

Yes, you may be able to play the game but in very low settings. I would highly suggest you to upgrade to Windows 7 64Bit or Windows 8 64Bit (Vista is broken :) .

That old dual core CPU will hold you back the most. If you have a good aftermarket CPU cooler, you could try OC'ing it a bit to help out.

But, best path would be Motherboard, CPU, RAM, and Windows 7/8... (full upgrade to a quad core CPU system...)

The single 7850 will suffice for awhile, but, you'll need more to get above Medium settings....

cpu is very old and slow id get this program called speccy free version
http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download this tells everything about your pc

take a screen shot and show us the motherboard

as you can get a decent quad core duo to work on some boards that should help get you stable at the medium level

but you will need a windows 7 64 bit os to get higher ram which i recomend otherwise youll be running low
