Hi... Am vikas,

I have small problem which most of the people might have faced, i work in an institute where i use wifi and i use static ip over there. when i come home i use wifi for which DHCP is used so how can i switch automatically, i mean i need to get the static ip automatically without me entering it when i go to work

Solution
As far as I know there is no way to do that but you could buy a cheap wireless network adapter and so you would have two in total. You could then set one for static then the other for DHCP and if need be disable whichever one that wasn't in use.
