How to change SYS_FAN2 speed?

My pc have have fan I connected it to SYS_FAN 2 but when I run it its very slow 560rps I have 3 other fans that are psu connected and they are so much faster.I have gigabyte H87 HD3 mb.

I got there but idk how to change it and how it works
Also do I need to run the app always or I can close it and never run I will it save the settings?

What the graph represents is the "auto" that you're assigning it. It is the conversion from cpu temperature to fan speed. As the cpu heats up the fans spins faster, depending on the settings you have set in that graph. If the App Center is not distinguishing between CPU and SYS_FAN2 on your system then there's not much I can do to help you.

The motherboard I have is the Z87MX-D3H. On my system the App Center does break it down into CPU FAN & OPT, SYSTEM FAN 1, and lastly SYSTEM FAN 2 & 3.

Its same here but I am not sure if I need to change it is it normal to run 540 rpm on when I am no desktop will it change when I needs?
I will give you picture of the setting

On the graph there are a number of circles, you can drag those (using you mouse) up/down to change fan speed and left/right for the cpu temperature you want the fan speed to happen at.

Also, up in the top right corner there is a "star" button which gives you a few options, two of them are to retain settings after reboot.
