No you can't mix the sockets. you need to look at Z87 boards.

For 3D any modern video card and IGPU should work but you need the card or IGPU your display is hooked to to support 3d which only works over Dual-link DVI-D HDMI and I believe display port.

so, if i want my desktop computer to be 3d video quality/ video support , should my motherboard also support the 3d display, or just my video card.

Not entirely sure, but since u will be connecting your display output to your GPU (Coz if u connect it to the mobo u will just be using on-board graphics) Your GPU should be the only one that needs to be compatible, again, not sure, but there are more Z87 with more high end stuff
