So i would like to replace my radeon with something that could run bf3 (low -med .settings)
other specs
Cpu - core 2 duo e4600(oc 3,2Ghz)
Ram- 1,5 (i will be getting 2 gb)

with your setup i don't recommend going beyond HD7750 or GTX650. BF3 is quite demanding game especially on cpu (as any other online games). it is better for you get new build
