I just got an asus vivobook with windows 8 pre-installed with no disks in the box. I was planning to upgrade the 500 GB hd( which was partitioned in half for some reason[OS and media]) to a samsung evo 120 GB SSD. I used some software and wrote down the product key just in case, but from what I read, creating a recovery disk won't work because I need a previous windows instal to upgrade. But I want a clean install! I also don't think cloning to the SSD would work. Could I maybe find a windows iso somewhere and activate it with the key?
