Hi Guys, yesterday I changed my Windows to 7 Ultimate 64 bit
And, today I received my first BSoD , I don't know much about it and I need help to solve the problem.

In the BSoD said something about an error :
*** Stop: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF9600070FEC1, 0xFFFFF8800A315FE8, 0xFFFFF8800A315840)
*** cdd.dll - Address FFFFF9600070FEC1 base at FFFFF960006F000, Datestamp 4a5bde94

That is my BSoD error : http://imageshack.com/a/img811/6171/x34y.jpg

If you need the minidump, just tell me, I upload it if that's necessary

My rig is :
Intel Core2Duo E6420 2.13 Ghz
4 GB Ram DDR3
Video Card : GeForce GTX 260 Asus Edition
MotherBoard : Asrock G41M-VS3 R2.0

Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Romania

Solution
update windows including the service pack and all the windows updates. Keep checking and rebooting until you can get no more updates.
then reboot to make sure you have no updates pending in the install queue. after you are done, install the current nvida drivers directly from nvidia

Reason: there have been a lot of fixes to windows over the years, any current graphics driver will depend on those fixes to be installed and will not have been tested on old builds of the OS.

I have windows pirated ( legal in romania - i think ) and some people says when I download updates, Windows Genuine is installing too, and genuine can do critical damages to the computer, is that true?
(Sorry for bad english)

Pirate versions can not be supported, it causes various legal issues and is against forum rules

I think the only thing you could do is disable the aero support and maybe graphics hardware acceleration.
or get a legal copy and update.

Damn it ,Okey, I will reinstall (the ugly) Windows 8 Pro . In windows 8 I had more than 70 updates to install, but it runs like a charm with no BSoD or any errors... Okey... some errors at games like : Fifa 14 Doesn't launch, some games doesn't support Windows 8 ... But if there isn't another solution , I will reinstall it .

I will install Windows 8 and if I doesn't receive more BSoDs , your answer will be picked as the solution
(Sorry for bad english)

PS : Before installing Windows 8 I have a question : If I install older driver, can be problem solved?

I think if you had a legal copy of windows 8 you get downgrade rights to windows 7. In that case it would be perfectly fine to run windows 7 you just have to figure out where to get the key from . (either is ok with me, you just hit a known bug in windows 7 release that was fixed later in the patches or service pack)
