Hi i am buying some parts to upgrade my extremely outdated Packard Bell Istart F2310 AI0.I am buying a low end Radeon HD 5450 along with DDR2 2GBX2 Ram, Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, an Akasa high performance 92mm fan and some low profile Brackets.Right now my PSU Runs on around 250 Watts, after the years maybe it started to put out 245-40 watts by now. This PSU calculator states that right now, even on full load and capacitor aging it's 5 over the original power supply, so my question is:
1.Can i trust this site for a good rough guess.
2.I'm only going to be play older games, maybe highest NFS Shift 2, Force Unleashed 2 and Black Ops .I have tested them on a friends old rig and it can get a good 27-31 fps for all three games and finally
3.Because the games are going to be so intensive, will i just blow my psu?

Yes, you can trust that site, I use it all the time.
However, I would really recommend an upgrade. You can make an APU based system for about $350 nowadays, check out Tek Syndicate. The A10-6800K or A10-5800K will blow your current system out of the water and play all of your games at 60 FPS. You'll definitely notice the difference!
