Hello,
The motherboards:
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H (£113): http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4153#ov

Asus P8Z77-V LX (£80): https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LX/

The comparison:

I need to choose one of these two motherboards by tonight. My main problem is that I'm not sure if the more expensive Gigabyte will actually give me any benefits to justify the extra £35. I don't use two Graphics cards because I personally find them a waste and I would rather by a new single GPU all together.
Also I will be upgrading my CPU in the future as a K series, so I am aware about my current one not being unlocked.

With the Gigabyte one it generally always has good reviews but the Asus one has 3 stars on Newegg but has 4.5 stars on Amazon UK and 4 stars on Amazon USA.

Thanks for any help which can be given, I appreciate it.

Anything can help such as stability, quality, possible future needs. Or connector positioning, apparantly the PSU connector is at the top.

Any other motherboards which you think is good, give me a shout.
