Hi I am new to the site and was hoping someone could help me
This is my current build.
Intel i5-4670k
8GB Ram, think its Samsung low profile stuff.
EVGA GTX 670
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Socket 1150
Akasa Venom Power 550W
will the card work on my specific power supply? and out of the two, which one is the best bet when their is a £10 difference. It could come down to the higher over-clock using too much power, and not being sensible for this power unit, I am just not sure.
And I have read somewhere that someone is using a 550w to power their 780ti fine. I just need more than one mans word.
the two cards;
Gigabyte GTX 780 GHZ Edition 3GB or the Gigabyte GTX 780 3GB Windforce 3x.
After doing some reading it seems this is more sensible that some of the hotter, higher power consuming radeon r9 290x, and looking at the performance, including the 780ti, they all seem very similar.
