Sorry if I have done too many topics but i am about to order a new PSU and need to confirm it can support my system.

PSU: XFX 550W Core Edition 80+ Bronze PSU

RIG:
Kingston SSD V300 60Gb
Standard HDD
GTX 760
FX-8320
2x DDR3 1.5 1600mhz RAM
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Gigabyte AMD 78LMT-USB3

Will the PSU definitively run this PSU fail-safe or should i try look for a higher wattage.

Thank you

It should be sufficient. Before you buy though know that Seasonic USA makes the highest quality PSUs.

That PSU is a perfect match up for your build. It is very high quality as it's made by Seasonic (Best PSU makers)

It should be enough, but i probably gonna take something bigger just for safe.
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($71.30 @ Newegg)
Total: $71.30
That is going to handle your sistem even if you upgrade the CPU/GPU. Also Seasonic products are the best PSUs.

Why not be extra extra safe and get a 1000000000000000000000w PSU?

Well on most websites where you input your specs and it calculates what you need they say i need a 500w.
So a 550 should do? I wont be doing a SLI for a while so no need for more wattage there
I may overclock in the future but my CPU is adequate enough for now.

So when you overclock you need more. The PSU i said is the best.

SeaSonic S12II 620W is unavailable in the UK.
Its on ebay for 82£ which is out my budget.

I wont be overclocking straight away and if i cant i dont mind as i said my CPU is adequate enough.
But if i have a spare 50 watts available that may be able to overclock abit.

Thank you for the replies, going to see if anyone else has any input.
Even though its a great PSU is it adequate enough for my system.
Have to be sure as the PSU supplied with my case was junk!
