I see throughout the forums how important good air flow and low temperatures inside the case is.

How are you all determining this?

Can you tell by a picture if it is good?

This is what my case looks like

The power supply fan is on the bottom above the cpu, and I have a fan blowing in on the low front of the case.

oh, and the graphics card has a small fan on it too.

Is this good?

And how do I tell temperature?

Solution
Two popular temperature monitoring programs are CoreTemp and SpeedFan, both are available for free.

The airflow for your computer should be good with two exhaust fans and one slightly larger intake fan but, the temps will let you know if airflow is adequate
