I'm new to building a pc from scratch. I saw a deal on newegg for the amd fx-6300 with mobo and other components included for $565. I spoke to my friend and he in turn sold me his sealed i5 3570k for the price of the amd fx-6300. Since the parts that would have came with the newegg deal are meant for the amd fx-6300, I'm not quite sure what to buy for the i5 3570k. I am really new to pc building and would like help in finding the right components for my pc. I want to have a gaming pc, mid range at best to at least play the newer games coming out this year. I have a budget of about $650 but am willing to spend a little more if need be. It is pretty overwhelming in trying to find the right parts and would hope that the good people on this forum would assist me in the right direction for building a pc. I am not concerned in the putting it together part just what components/parts would be best for this cpu. Thanks in advanced.
