I have one thing to say i would recommend you to get the lenovo y510p which is a gaming laptop and entertainment laptop for only $949 (CDN dollar) and it can beat those 2 laptops in a heart beat. Specs 15.6" 1080p display,i7-4700MQ,NVIDIA GT750M,8GB RAM,1TB HDD 5400RPM, battery life up to 5 hrs and all aluminum body. I think you would like this laptop i've owned it and it is beautiful and portable
