Can you use motherboard speakers/sound if monitor doesnt have speakers??!!!

Yes, get a set of speakers you can afford and plug them in the green speaker outlet on the back of the pc. You will need to plug them into the wall socket as well as they need power to amplify the sound, so bear it in mind if you need an extension cable too.

This is a cheap and chearfull set up, smaller ones can be bought but avoid usb ones, they are very tinny to listen to.
