I think I have finally completed my gaming pc configuration. I need someone to please tell me if everything is compatible. I wasn't too sure about the motherboard, I was looking for something with good on-board audio and according to many reviews the BIOSTAR Hi-Fi Z87X 3D does the trick.

I still need to find a good headset thats capable of crystal clear surround sound and would ideally feature a microphone. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

If you have any component replacement recommendations please consider the blue theme, although this isn't necessary.

Configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
CPU Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i
Motherboard: BIOSTAR Hi-Fi Z87X 3D
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB
Storage 1: SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE120BW 2.5" 120GB
Storage 2: Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB
Video Card: EVGA 03G-P4-2884-KR GeForce GTX 780 Ti
Case: Corsair Carbide Series Air 540
Power Supply: CORSAIR HX Series HX850 850W

Thank you :)

DAYUUM Son, those are some sweet specs...very nice.

Yes, everything is compatible. Good luck and congrats!

PS: Only thing I would add (personally), is that the Carbide Air 540 is a little poorly built IMO. I had a Corsair 300R previously, and just got a 750D after comparing it against the Air 540. After seeing both in person, the look/feel of the front plastic face (Air 540) was a deal breaker at that price point.

Thank you, I'll take that in mind. I'll most likely go check out the cases before purchasing.
Do you have any recommendations for a headset?

I just purchased a Logitech G430...and love it. Incredible value, awesome sound, great style.

*Came from a Razer Carcharias, which was wonderful too...just that my big ears wouldnt fit under the ear cups and it hurt after wearing them over an hour or so.
