The Hyper 212 should fit. From what I've read it's a tight fit but it fits none the less.

However, I do think you need to change your motherboard. You have a k-version for overclocking but the motherboard you have doesn't support it. So you can either change the motherboards or change the CPU.

I also suggest you get a modular PSU for such a small case.

Sure. Right now only the "Z" chipsets support overclocking. So there's the H87, B85, Z87. Only the Z87 chipset has the capabilities (motherboard hardware but mainly software) to overclock. It was the same with older generations of Intel CPUs. For the 1155 socket, it was the Z77.

What is your budget?
