What is a good setup for case fans

I have an atx mid-tower case http://raidmax.com/chassis/super_viper.html this one to be exact I want to setup fans for a gaming setup I have the 120mm case fan it came with and I want to get either a 140mm or 120mm fan (I can only setup a 140mm fan at the top of the case).

I would mount both fans as either input or exhaust.
Two as input would be best if the case permits.

Otherwise, mount two as exhaust either in the back, or on top.
Two 120's are ok, or, one 120 and one 140 would be good too.
