You would probably benefit more by just buying a better GPU. You might consider a GTX 770 for that system. Crossfire is messy and the 770 is faster anyway. You will still need a new PSU unfortunately.

I wouldn't upgrade from a 6300 to a 8350 - you are really only going up a single "tier". If you have to upgrade now go for an i5 system thats noticeably faster, or wait for the next gen AMDs.

If I was you I would get a GTX 770 and a big enough PSU to sli it later, if you are into sli. Then when it's worth while to upgrade your CPU/mobo you can drop another 770 in there in due time. A single GTX 770 plays everything out at high/ultra settings at 1080p.
It might not be worth upgrading the ram since 8gb is good enough for gaming, however the other upgrades are worth doing. The CPU , PSU , second video card and the addition of the SSD are all good upgrades to give you more performance in gaming.

Would agree if you are already using DDR3 I would not upgrade the ram you will not see any performance increase going with 16gig ram. I only put 16gig in my i5 rig because when I built it Newegg had G Skill Dual Channel 16gig kits on sale for about the same price I could have got a 8gig kit for other wise I would have gone with 8gig in this rig.
