Computer freezes and monitor freezes

Specs:
AMD FX-8350
gtx 780 ti
1tb western digital hdd
RM 1000w corsair psu

Randomly My computer freezes and the monitor freezes on whatever i was doing i thought it was the psu and gpu but i recently switched them out so thats not the problem im thinking its the hard drive but im not certain oh and its also not the RAM

What MB do you have? Also the RAM specification.

Yeah I'd say it's the hdd, do you have another one with which you can test this? Over even another computer you can use to test the hdd?

I actually am cloning a new one now. Another question after it finishes cloning will it automatically be bootable?

I believe so, however I'm infarmilar with Samsung ssd migration and if it works the same yes it should work. Just remember to only have the new hdd plugged in and then boot through bios and check the boot paths are correct and everything should be good
