Hi, I'm wondering how much more WATTS I need to do another video card. I'm obviously upgrading before but I'm just planning ahead. Also if I do, I like corsair psu and I would like it semi/fully modular. Thanks.

Would agree you should not have any problems at all getting a second GTX 660 with the PSU you already have.

Are you postive? I know the card I have, uses only one plug. I don't want to damage other hardware in my computer.

So the Refurbished Version of the Card is basically someone used it before me?? Because I would like to get a new card instead of refurbished.

yeah. See the 660 is a pretty energy efficient gpu. Under load it won't use more then 170W as it's limited by it's power plugs. so 340W for the gpus under a wost case scenario, and another 200W for an overclocked 6300, add in another 50W for your fans and hard drives, and you have a system which will spike at about 590W under 100% load in a worst case scenario (though in reality it likely never will draw more then 500W at any one time)

I'd say your psu is a perfect size for you.

a refurbished card was returned to the manufacturer for some reason. It doesn't necessarily mean it was used. That said a LOT of refurbished stuff was used previously and had something wrong with it. The manufacturer fixed it and now is reselling it.
