I recently bought the the ASUS VG248QE and I wanted to try out the 3D feature if possible. I have an Nvidia GTX 660 Gpu and I wanted to know what else I needed to watch a 3D video on youtube.

A 3D video on Youtube, that uses a different kind of 3D to what you would get from 3D Vision in-game.

Youtube 3D uses passive 3D like back when movie theaters used to have 3D stuff. You have to wear glasses tinted different colours, the film's frames alternate between those colours, that would give each eye a different image and that's why it appears 3D.
3D Vision as advertised on your monitor uses an Active method of 3D. The 3D Vision glasses (which you do need for 3D Vision gaming, not youtube) literally open and close, blocking your vision in time with the alternating frames on screen to achieve the 3D effect.

Basically find yourself an old pair of red/cyan glasses, thats pretty much what you need to watch 3D on Youtube, the monitor doesn't matter for this method of 3D (it could, but Youtube limits FPS to 30 anyway).

Theres plenty of Youtube vidoes that support the Nvidia 3D Vision format, select HTML5 and it should work, generally Firefox works best.
