I built my own pc (with Intel i7 4770k) a month ago and everything works fine(20-30degree celsius) until a few days ago, my h100i fan suddenly run at full rpm at idle. and yesterday, my computer shutdown automatically and thats when i notice my cpu is overheating at 70-90degree celcius.

fyi, everything is connected properly. no dust. new thermal paste.

Cpu: Intel i7 4770k
mobo: ASUS RoG Maximus VI Gene
Cooler: Corsair H100i

Hardware condition: Brand new, bought and assembled a month ago.

1. Did a few checkups before my cpu goes overheat and found that corsair link couldnt detect my pump.
2. One pipe is hot while another pipe is cold.

seems like my pump really stopped working. i'll try to replace it with the stock cooler and return it to the dealer for rma..
