So I'm having cooling problems and noise problems! Big time ! I have a FX-8350 and my stock cooler and graphics card (xfx 7950) fans are like a jet engine. I went on to Amazon and looked for some fans.

Noctua Ultra Silent 140mm Fan NF-P14 FLX
2 intake (front of case) 1 for PSU

Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120 x 25mm Fan
3 of them all out take

Noctua 6 Dual Heatpipe with 140mm/120mm Dual SSO Bearing Fans CPU Cooler NH-D14
For CPU cooler

6 fans and 1 cpu cooler comes out to $187.47! That's like how much I paid for my processor! WTF! There has to be another way and don't say evo 212 because its great and all but loud! even with 2 noctua fans on it its the same price and half the heat sink so It's not that great for the price. Any suggestions for some cool piece and quiet.

Theres your problem.
Replace your heatsink, even the 212 EVO which you dont seem to want (I ran one for a while, its pretty good for a $30 heatsink) would be a marked improvement. Whether you need to replace your case fans comes down to what case you have. It might not even be a case of needing better fans, just more of them.

Yea I get your point about the heat but I also don't want the noise. Every component I buy I don't really want to go the "just gonna cut it route". It makes buying quality parts over the long run more expensive and more wasted components. With noctua 6yr warranty I figure its almost worth it. But for $187.47! I'm just wondering if there is something similar to what I want (low noise and good cooling) for like half the price or if there is a better site that amazon to get this from? the evo 212 is loud and gets plenty of attention for that in reviews but good cooling performance. I'm not willing to sacrifice the noise thing for cheap. then I would just stick with the stock cooler and while I'm at it just leave the side off and point a 20 inch box fan in there. I'm looking for noctua silence and performance for evo 212 price ya know what I'm saying?

What case have you got and can you control fan speeds through your motherboard/other fan controller? Mess around with your current fan speeds to see if you can lower the noise without affecting temps to much.

I say that because I doubt you need 3 intakes and 3 exhausts. I run an OC'd 2500K (under an NH D14) and a GTX 680 on a pair of P12s as intake and a single p12 on exhaust. My PSU independently draws and exhausts it's own air (when the fan is on anyway). All of the case fans run at 50% all the time and the 680 even less than that and yet temps are fine despite using a Bitfenix Shinobi which has awful airflow. It is, however, DEAD silent.

Not really, a heatsink is a hunk of metal, that is going to cost the same no matter where you buy it from.
Get this.

Chances are good your dont need to replace your case fans at all (you still havent mentioned your case or what fans you have, they are understandably important to mention here).

I have a corsair 300r carbide with the window, 2 stock corsair fans that came wit the case. that's also the same cooler I wanted to get in my post but at newegg its 7 dollars more than if i got it from amazon. so unfortunately that hunk of metal doesn't cost the same wherever you buy it from. Im just looking for that same piece cheaper or a comparable one.

I guess you are right I might not need 3 exhausts and 2 intakes. I was going to use the 3rd 140mm for the psu just to make everything quiet. I could do just the heat sink and see how it goes. I don't have a fan controller and my bios is asus so I can mess with the fan speed. But I have only put it on power saver and it is still supper loud. Not sure f i can turn them down anymore without the temps going up too much
