Can I run call of duty 4 modern warfare with the Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB ?

it should actually be fine, i have an old rig at home with an athlon dual core and a 9800 gt and it maxed out CoD: modern warfare pretty much, the 4000 integrated isn't too far behind and should put up a good fight at medium/high settings on slightly lower 16:9 aspect ratio resolutions
