windows 8 64-BIT not installing

Hi Guy's,
I've been getting this message for some time and can not install Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit. https://plus.google.com/117383801363181243636/posts/DfCEGpYZZoi

Would anyone have any clue to why this is happening?
My PC's spec's:
G.Skill Trident X F3-2133C9D-16GTX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR
XSPC 120mm Xinruilian Fan 1650RPm
Antec High Current Gamer 900W Power Supply HCG-900
Intel Core i7 3770K
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 OC 2GB
Deepcool Frostwin CPU Cooler
LG CH12LS28 Blu-Ray Combo Drive
ASRock Z77-EXTREME4 Motherboard

You need to share the image; it's locked to your google account.

Adding some sort of storage would help; you don't have any on your list.

Still telling me to "Sign in to continue to Google+".

Check it on a different browser (without logging in to google) or try another hosting service.

Or just copy out the message.

i manualy went in and installed it, some how i found the start up thing when pc was turning on
