1 Inch border around screen

Hi, all

i have a problem where my screen has a 1 inch black gap all the way around i have manged to fix some of it by settings res to 1680X1050 and used AMDs CCC to scale image to 100% but my monitor is 1080p at 60 Hertz and when i play BF4 i have that 1 inch border again i dint have a clue what to do now any help will be much appreciated.

yh thanks gain i has to do something else it wasnt the gpu scaling causing the problem
