The gigabyte one that you selected is a 4GB 770gtx. The Asus model that you selected is a 2GB one.

Gtx 770 simply better. 2gigs is enough for simple 1080p gaming it should run most games on ultra with high fps. I know this because i have 2 builds other has 280x and other 770 the 280x runs hot, and simply ati has bad history. Just buy the gtx 770 goddam! Gigabyte model is one of the best. Thx for your time
