Hi community , new member here :D , I have been using Tom's Hardware website for a long time , and I LOVE it , but since am a low budget person I have never upgraded my pc in a long time, but time has come . Did a bit of research on budget systems and read the wonder full posts of "best for the money" . and ended up with this.

CPU : AMD FX 6300 ( I plan to upgrade latter )
GPU: R9 270x . (plan to upgrade but IN THE LONG RUN)
MOBO: I don't know :( although I read about some options, tell me which one I should go with)
currently looking at these MOBO's but if you have a better option please do tell :D

1 ASUS M5A97 R2.0
2 Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
3 Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
4 MSI 970A-G46

PSU:XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified
1tb WD, 8GB RAM

Basically my questions are
Q1 Which MOBO should I get ( I do plan to upgrade the CPU maybe in the short run , and the GPU , but IN THE LONG RUN, so what mobo you recommend ?

Q2 Which brand I should go with the r9 270x? ( I DON'T care about which is quieter and don't care about the design, am looking at which one has a better cooling system + their warranty reputation )
here are the GPUs am asking about

1 MSI R9 270X GAMING 2G
2 Gigabyte GV-R927XOC-2GD
3 Asus R9270X-DC2T-2GD5

Q3: Thoughts about the PSU ? should I get Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified instead to save money, since the estimated wattage on pcpart picker says 374W?

PC mainly use is gaming + running heavy programs like Auto Cad + Oracle + MATLAB etc ..

the numbers I used for listing is just for listing , not any favorites or priorities.
BUDGET is 700 USD.

Thanks in advance for taking the time in reading my long post :D Cheers !! :)

Will choose you as best solution :D , but can you explain why would you personally choose the 2# board ?

I went with xfx 550W you suggested and the Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 :D
Thanks again :)
