ook at the parts please:
Intel core i7 4770
asus h87 plus
crucial 1866MHZ 2x4gb ram(i already bought the ram, wasnt planning on getting this motherboard :p )
1tb wd caviar blue
seasonic m12 II 620w
Asus GTX 770 DirectCU II 2gb
what is your opinion on the lifespan on gaming with those parts? will it last at least 3 years?
cuz i wont be able to go sli with this mobo..
i dont need to have all games on ultra on 60fps, i just want it to be normal and playable :) 35fps min
and do i need a aftermarket cpu cooler on turbo speed (3.9GHz) ?
I will use this when my games slow down, that wont be soon i suppose ?

It all looks good to me.

Are you sure you don't want something you can overclock? It probably doesn't cost that much more and gives the opportunity to do longer with your pc.

Lifespan is hard to say,but three years should be doable, even without overclocking. The only thing that might need an upgrade in that time is the gpu and you would just have to see how the gtx 770 keeps up with new games. But imo even this should last the three years looking at what you expect from games.

An aftermarket cooler might help with turbo speeds, that is dependent on the temps of the cpu. With a non overclockable cpu that doesn't need to be such an expensive one,a hyper tx3 evo or hyper 212 evo would be nice or the next one...
