Want to still play battlefield 4 on 30 FPS+ on Med-High settings

I also want some help with the motherboard, I'm not familiar with them so im turning to you helpers

This'll do ok for what you're looking at. Kept it under $500. And you don't want to keep psu's that come bundled with cases, very rarely are they good quality.

Im looking for something with similar performance, but a lower price. I would much rather have windows 7 than 8. The case i chose came with a PSU
