I need to update my bios but I cannot enter it?

Hello!Since few days, i cannot enter my BIOS by pressing Del(Del is assigned key to enter the bios from my motherboard), I also tried pressing F1,F2,F10. But no use!!!
I just found an update for my board at the manufacturer website. I cannot flash it from the usb or any other means because, the first boot device was set cd Drive and second was the hard drive. So i cannot boot from my USB. What can I do to flash my update. Are there any other methods out in the world? Please Help.
System Info:
Windows 8 Pro
MSI MS-7379 G31M motherboard(Ver 3.x)
Intel Core2Duo @2.4 GHz
250 GB Internal Hard Drive
2GB DDR2 Memory

your computer doesn't have a windows running bios update. most manufactures update the bios while running windows now for the last few years

anyways did you try reseting cmos. a lot of motherboards disable bios options when using fast boot enabled and the only way to enter bios again is to reset cmos then push your button(del or whatever function key) while booting

Yes, I cleared my CMOS using the jumpers and the bios asked to press F1 for the setup, and I proceeded.
I selected Optimized defaults and after that I set USB as my firs BOOT device. At last,I disabled Fast boot in the advanced option.Then I Saved the settings and exited. My system rebooted.....
My computer didn't boot from USB. I even tried of inserting Windows Disc,(with CD drive as First boot Device) it too didn't work.
And I pressed Del button, Now I could enter the BIOS. I checked my settings, saved them and exited.
But the next time the same thing occurred...(It didn't even check for CD or USB, as done every time)
Now I'm unable enter the BIOS again.
Please Help

I myself found the solution...
Whenever I try to go into the BIOS - I cannot enter it!
But after booting my windows 8, I pressed my Shift button and selected Shut Down..
Then I rebooted my computer...... Now I'm able get into BIOS
